1. Inspection preparation
We help in getting sites "Inspection-ready" for any government Regulator, including working with site staff to get their own areas ready. We can also assist with back office support during the inspection itself or also be present on site for offline support to site staff during preparation and inspection.
2. Re-inspection/ Re-audit
We help those sites where audits reports are not so good and help the sites to get back to confidence and prepare them for re-audit in shortest possible time.
3. Qualified Person
We have experts who can act as Qualified Persons (QPs) during the Audit or Inspection on site when needed.
4. Internal & External Audit
We conduct Vendor audits and internal audits with reference to any (one or more) regulatory pharmaceutical standards. We use Subject matter experts for auditor as needed, including experience IT/ Computer System auditors.
